1941 Ford Super Deluxe Convertible

Model Year History Overview:
In 1941 a vast array of six and V-8 Specials, Deluxes and Super DeLuxes was offered.  Styling, if not entirely new in the middle was altered at each end.  There were wider and more integral front fenders, a busy grill composed of vertical bars, a chromed-up hood, and larger rear fenders.  1941 was the first year for Ford to offer a six-cylinder engine and it was a good one.  Its well-built flathead displaced 226 cid, more than the small V-8, for a horsepower increase of 50 percent.  The six-cylinder was rated at 90 hp while the V-8 was rated 85 hp.
This car was re-painted about 1988. It has a full-leather interior including the door panels.
